All beats purchased through external platforms (BeatStars, Traktrain, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. 333gomi acts as a directory and is not responsible for licensing disputes.

The materials on 333gomi are provided on an 'as is' basis. 333gomi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
